2.1 "Services" refers to the suite of tools and functionalities provided by FractoLabs, including but not limited to sales architecture deployment, lead qualification, and email server management.

2.2 "User Account" refers to the account created by a user to access our Services.

2.3 "Content" means any data, text, graphics, and other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Services.

3.1 Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract.

3.2 Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

3.3 Accurate Information: Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

6.2 Billing: Users authorize FractoLabs to charge the payment method provided for all fees incurred under their account.

7.1 The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. FractoLabs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7.2 In no event shall FractoLabs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

8.1 FractoLabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice.

8.2 Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10.1 FractoLabs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Services.

10.2 Continued use of the Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
